Ms. Priscilla Joyce is a Marketing and Communications professional experienced in diverse industries such as finance, high tech, and talent management software. Her expertise include leading rebranding efforts and teams in response to RFPs; creating newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral; website redesign and management; and tradeshow and event management. Ms. Joyce has been active in STEM education since 1990’s. She has created programs for both high school and college students to encourage their interest in science by exploring and learning beyond their classroom experience. One of her most successful programs was Science Saturday, which offered high school students a hands-on introduction to science and its applications in the real world. She coordinated the program with local high schools, and worked with scientists to create the curriculum. The program was supported by both industry and NASA grant. Currently, Ms. Joyce is the Marketing and Communications Director for Building Peaceful Families (BPF). BPF provides programs to educate, honor, and engage underserved communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. These programs are aimed at improving the health, safety, and well being of children by educating, honoring, and encouraging kids and their adult role models, and by promoting involved, responsible, and committed parenting.
Ms. Joyce earned her BA in English from the University of Washington.
